I am not good at running but I enjoy it so much even when my lungs ache and my calves are full of lactic acid. I love it.
Squats tomorrow and another run :-D
Week 1 of this challenge is going well and even though I’m not following the meal plan 100% I am counting calories and trying to make snacks even out or whatever.
I feel good!
And they post body selfies and it reminds me what ‘normal’ people look like.

I’m glad I’m not alone! But that’s right like if there are going to be issues there will be ( but then its pretty likely that it probably won’t be anything wrong!)
I don’t know when I’m, we’re, planning on having them its not a discussion we’ve really had!
But like I know its silly worrying about it now when it might not even be an issue! Plus medicine has come so far so likely by then they will be able to magically fix it :P

I’m still super glad I spent the night at the boyfies!
I am having a cider and tuna patties and veggies for dinner a boost (chocolate, not juice) then off to bed!
Considering I’ve lost around 3/4 kilos this year I’m pretty excited to see non scale changes too!
Also I would like Nina’s entire wardrobe!
